Damages or wear caused by user fault are not covered, such as water or moisture entering the battery body or electronic parts, destruction of circuit boards or electronic components due to weight overload, use on rough terrain, water, sand, or generally outside the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as any intervention, modification, or unauthorized repair. Also, normal wear of consumable parts such as tires, brakes, handles, or cables is not covered. In case of damage from such causes, repair is not free but charged as a service fee, after informing and obtaining customer approval. Our company ensures that every product is inspected before delivery and recommends proper use and adherence to the manufacturer’s instructions for maximum safety and longevity of the scooter.
