Multi-grip pull-up bar that can be used either mounted on a door frame or on the ground.
It is equipped with non-slip handles and the use of protective gloves for the hands is not necessary. Door installation: with the central bar and the narrow handles, you can perform pull-up exercises training all the back muscles, shoulders, and biceps. The bar can be used with the supinated grip “Push-ups (palms facing you)” to focus on the biceps, while using the “Chin-ups” grip (back of the palms facing you) you focus on the back muscles. With the pull-up bar on the ground, you can easily train the triceps, chest, and abdominal muscles.
