Multi-grip pull-up bar that can be used either mounted on the door frame or on the floor.
It is equipped with non-slip handles and the use of protective gloves for the hands is not necessary.
Door mounting: with the central bar and the narrow handles, you can perform pull exercises training all the back muscles, shoulders, and biceps.
The bar can be used with the supinated grip “Push-ups (palms facing you)” to focus on the biceps, while using the “Chin-ups” grip (back of the palms facing you) you focus on the back muscles. With the pull-up bar on the floor, you can easily train the triceps, chest, and abdominal muscles.
It has rubber protectors on the ends to protect the door from wear.
